Is it normal to have bumps appear on areola near nipple 11 months after surgery? (Photo)

Three bumps appeared randomly next to my nipple. My PS used dissolvable sutures but the bumps aren't near the incision. A few days ago I had a fluid-filled lump appear along my cleavage incision. I popped it and drained the fluid. It looked like blood and pus. There really was no smell at all-not like blood or infection. It seems to be drying up and healing now. The bumps by my nipple don't look like that one did. They are raised up with recesses in the middle so they look like tiny volcanoes.

Having a pacemaker should not be a problem with breast reduction surgery. It is important to have Cardiology clearance for surgery and let your surgeon know about the pacemaker.

It appears from your photos that you have had a peri-areolar skin reduction along with what sounds like a small reduction of the breast itself. Areolar reduction is usually followed by areolar re-expansion. It also tends to cause flattening of the breast. It is a poorly designed procedure that...
