I am 61 years old and had a breast lift and implants eight years ago. Since then, I had some medical issues that were non-related. I gained alot of weight being sedentary During this time frame. I have since lost the weight, however, the upper pole of my breast have definitely fallen as a result. I dont necessarily want a breast lift again. Is it possible to put some type of stitch or tack in in the upper pole to hold the breast up?
Im 60. 40 DDD very saggy from weight loss and age. Ive seen videos of Bellesoma and Horndesky methods. Why is this method not common. It looks appealing as it appears to lift the breast to a natural level retaining a natural shape including fullness to upper breast without the need of an implant. I want a lift but I dont want an implant nor do I want to have a boxy shape to the lower apex of my breasts.
I am wondering if a Laser bra technique will look too done on a 60 y/o woman who is looking to have a breast lift with implant. Will a Laser bra technique lift me so high that I will look too artificial? Also in a traditional breast lift is there any king of foreign material added like a mesh or other to facilitate the breast lift? I am opposed to having foreign materials added to my body which is why I was considering the Laser Bra lift procedure. Please advise and thanks bunches!

I am 54 almost 55. My boobs are heavy and hang really low. I have to get Botox shots in my neck, back and shoulder blades and they (my boobs) are bothering my hiatal hernia it recently showed up - long term out gastric bypass here. But, I can't wear a bra for support - the band around bottom is a constant irritant to the hernia.
I recently had a mammogram and the report stated: Breast Density: (NOT DENSE) and The breasts are almost entirely fatty. I read this means I have a very low percentage of fibrous and glandular tissue vs fatty tissue. What I am wondering is if this makes a difference in being able to have a breast lift with auto augmentation? I am 62 and average weight. But I have excess loose skin because I had implants for 10 years which were then removed over 20 years ago. I do not want implants again. Thank you!
So far I have seen 3 PS's for breast lift/tummy tuck consult. 2 of 3 said anchor scar for breasts. One said donut scar, which surprised me (one of the PS's who said anchor said he revises a lot of donuts). I don't want implants and all three said I would get a decent result without implants. Age 62. 60 pound weight loss patient. Currently 36B. At highest weight, 36DD. I'm content to be a B cup.
Since developing, I have always hated my breasts. As you can see from the photos, they are flat against my rib cage and abdoman and nearly and one full cup size in difference. No augmentation: I simply want then very uplifted and supported. My PACER implant is about 1 inch below my breast bone. Is what I am hoping for possible? I HATE my breasts and have been in underside since age 11. I am now 55. Help please!
