Hi Im 55 139 lbs. 44 years of age fit, works out 4-5x week. I had 325 cc moderate plus implants put in in 2008. I had them re-done in 2021 and one from 325 cc to 525 cc. I would like to downsize to 400 cc. I guess my first question is am I going to need a lift and if so can I get away with a donut l donut lift. I really dislike scars and would like to avoid any other types of lifts. Feel like the 525 Are Way too big for my body and make me look top-heavy
Hello I had donut mastopexy with implants 1 month ago.The problem is flattened breasts and not much lifted.i want a revision with full lift. Can flattened breasts due to donut mastopexy be fixed with a full lift?I also have permanent sutures around areola. If I will have a full T lift can these sutures be removed ?I am also thinking of a little reduction ~150cc.I just want rounder breasts ,more lifted. My right areola is puffed after the donut mastopexy. Is this due to the permanent sutures?
I am looking at getting a breast augmentation (Im 25 currently a B/C and looking to go to DD/F). Everywhere I have spoken to has also recommended a lollipop or anchor lift. One dr has recommended a doughnut lift. This is obviously appealing for less scars but I have read there are some downsides to this method. My breasts arent very saggy and I initially didn't think I would need a lift until it was recommended. Is the reduced scaring from a doughnut lift worth it compared to a full lift?
Im 11 weeks pregnant. Im 54 and preprgnancy 140lbs. Im now 155lbs (yes Ill slow that down). Im happy with my boobs now. I like this size. Is there anything I should do like take pictures and measurements? Also, I was sure I would need a crazy lift, but just filling them out helped so much! Maybe Ill only need a donut lift? Main question: should I take pictures and/or measurements? Pics are from when i was 140lbs and from now that Im pregnant.
Hello! I am not new to surgery but new to feeling unhappy with my breasts. I have lost some weight recently and am finding myself having to wear a bra with everything. I work in the adult film industry and am very scared of scars and having to wait a year or more for a vertical scar to fade. Am I a candidate for a donut lift with small implants? I'd like to maintain a natural teardrop shape.
Im 57, 170lbs, 2 bbls (slim curvy) I had a donut breast lift in 2020 with 700cc OTM. They were perfect but bottomed out. The look I want is big, under my chin, round and perky. I have a breast lift in 8 days with a different board certified surgeon: anchor lift, UTM and internal bra. He said that since my implants are so new I can keep the same ones, as I wanted to stay with 700cc. Should I downsize for longevity, will the internal bra hold them up, I love the look of 600+. Please advise
I am in Los Angeles county and feel like the cost of my surgery is unreasonably high. I have between Grade 1 and Grade 2 ptosis according to the surgeon I used for my consultation and will be getting silicone mentor implants placed under the muscle. I'm also curious to know if it makes sense to do a periareolar incision if I'm doing a donut lift at the same time. I worry about increased risk of capsular contracture if I go through the nipple. All advice would be helpful!
Breasts: after breast-feeding two children I will definitely benefit from a breast augmentation, my question is as I know I will be recommended for a lift can I qualify for either a donut or crescent lift? As most I want avoid the scarring of a lollipop lift. Liposuction: Sagging navel, will liposuction help the appearance of the navel? I will not go for a full tummy tuck
110lbs, 55. I have only been to one consultation and Im wondering if another doctor would see me and strongly disagree. I like the idea of over the muscle as I have small children, and need a quick recovery. I also prefer a more sloped/ slightly lower sitting breast. Looks more natural to me. The doctor I consulted with took my measurements and said I would be a good candidate for subglandular. He does a 50/50 mix of overs vs unders
I have a 32 F cup, already pretty large breasts. I notice the sagging process has started. When i pinch the skin above the nipple, it gives me my ideal breast shape/firmness(see pic2). Will Benelli lift achieve the same result? I'm willing to go with a very small implant to give volume ro the upper portion of my breast if needed as well.
