Breast Implant Revision + 900-949cc Q&A

Biggest mistake Ive ever made with my body was going to 1350 ccs I want them smaller but I am afraid of how my skin will hold up, will I need a lift again? If so I am afraid of stretch marks or veins appearing. My ultimate hope is that I can reduce them to 900ccs and have them higher up on my chest and closer together, dont know if this is possible but Im miserable with them either as big as they are

Im interested in a revision mastopexy. Current implants are sub muscular 335, with natural tissue Im a 32j/k at 59 145. Pre kids I was 30f. Can I get a significant amount of tissue and current implants removed and go to larger implants, approx 800/1200cc to get the look I want and remain in the 30f range? Also wanting an internal bra, is over or under muscle best? I do workout, weights mostly.

I have had 2 boobs jobs my 1st one was from 32b - 32e 350cc implants under the muscle, second one 725cc in the same pocket, they have now gone very saggy and my nipple is far down. I am wondering if I get a bigger cc (850-900) over the muscle will it sort this out as I do like the faker look.
