1st surgery was augmentation and supposed to be lollipop lift but surgeon decided the areola reduction was enough. Complete fail after only 2 months. Second surgery was areola reduction and full anchor lift and results did not last more than a few months. Its obvious I have compromised skin, should he not have realized after first surgery and used a mesh support? Looking at a THIRD surgery (with a new surgeon). I want the implants out. Im absolutely devastated by my experience and results.
Originally 32B/C cup now 30E/F. I have very few stretch marks from the surgery. No health problems from the implants. I am an active individual and sure I don't need implants to be a part of my body any longer. I have seen 2 surgeons who advised I would be extremely unhappy with an explant result. But I have seen results on here that I would be very happy with! I wonder if the advise may be different if I see an explant specialist?
I had a lift and 320cc over the muscle implants put in 2 years ago. Im not happy with how bulky and heavy they feel, and the level of lift is not as much as Id like to see. For those reasons, as well as others, Im exploring maybe explanting altogether. Im worried that Ill be left with similar level of sagginess without getting another lift. Because Ive already had one, I dont know if I need another one. Is a secondary lift recommended?
Ive had my 400 HP implants under the muscle for 3 years and it was not what i wanted. I have been unhappy with the size all along. I now hide under baggy close and wear sports bras most of the time. Would explanting distort my breast?
I am 8 weeks post op after an explant and am not happy at all with my results. The doctor I used is a highly respected plastic surgeon. He uses a procedure where he adds tissue to the bottom of the breast with a lift to give it volume. The tissue in those areas is very hard (like a rock) from scarring and has adhesions. I massage and massage. I need the adhesions to break away but, at the same time, don't want my skin to sag. I would appreciate feedback and suggestions on what can help.
Planning on a explant ASAP. Nerve pain, uncomfortable and unhappy with them. No plans to exchange. I was 19 when I first had a boob job. AAA to a B. Second round to a C. Two pregnancies and one breastfed till 8 month old. Now 52 years old. Lots of indentations on underside. Shape is off. Wonder if I have a leak. Silicone 450 cc above muscle for 29 years!!!! Ready to be free.
I had my implants removed 2 days ago. I 300cc under the muscle for 3 week and 5 days. I wasn't happy with then from the beginning. My ps told me my breasts would look the same as they did before surgery (small a with nice shape). Now that they are removed my breasts look deflated and slightly smaller then before surgery. I assume this is from my skin being stretched out. Is it hopefully that hey will go back to the way they were before and how long will that take!
Breast Implant Removal? A little over a week ago I got breast implants that I thought I truly wanted. Now I feel I have made the biggest mistake of my life. I went from an A to a C. I don't feel like "me" anymore. I want to know if getting them removed is truly an option. I am hoping to find out roughly how much it would cost (On,Canada) I spent $8,000 getting them :( How soon could I do it? and how long for recovery? And what will my breasts look like afterwards? :( I appreciate your advice.
I'm explanting in a weeks time, my breasts were an A cup to begin with and I have 335 allergan under the muscle. I have never really liked the size they are, or the fakeness of them and actually preferred my pre op breasts ( feel etc ) but I am aware they may not return to the way they were. I have had my implants 4 years, but have had a pregnancy in that time. Im just wondering if I am unhappy with the outcome, can I re implant without extra risk? Are pert breasts possible? Lift maybe?
