I had a BA 10 months ago and removed after 4 months, it's been just over 6 months and I still feel like I can't wear an underwire bra physically and mentally. My incisions were below my crease fold. They are healing well. The augmentation was a massive regret in which I'm still trying to get over and I worry I won't be able to do normal things like wear a bra or go braless again. I still have soreness where my under boob has been stretched as I had quite pointy tuberous boobs
I have already made up my mind to have my implants removed. I am not looking to be persuaded to keep them. I have had 500cc Mentor HP Saline implants placed under the muscle by a crease incision for 3 years. I was a B cup before implants and am now a D cup after.
Hi, I had 300 cc silicone implants placed under the muscle in 2017, woke up with a double bubble on the left with intense pulling and tightness at the crease with pec muscle activation or slight arm movements, underwent revision surgery 9 months later with release of muscle, but implants bottomed out at 3 months. Removed implants w a lift and fat grafting one year later in 2019 but the pulling sensation is still there and I have discomfort and pain wearing a bra at the crease and lateral side.
Hello! After 11 years of having breast implants (at age 23) I need them removed due to capsular contracture. NHS will remove them for me as I wouldnt be able to afford to go private anymore, but they remove not replace, Im ok with this. As NHS surgeons are not usually experienced in plastic surgery, please can anyone give me an idea of what Ill be left with? Size before 30AA cone shaped with no lower pole fullness/crease. Implants 450cc low profile silicone over muscle - size 32E
I originally got a breast augmentation because I was told that I did not need a lift; however when everything was done it turns out I did. After a second surgery and pretty devastating scarring along with a persistent but mild double bubble on both sides, I am told this is as good as it's going to get. I never wanted large breasts - I just wanted perkier breasts that looked like they belonged to someone my age. I am currently engaged & I feel I need to fix this before I can plan my wedding.
I'm 3 + months post op and I'm not happy with my implants. One side shows tendencies to bottoming out and they aren't like I hoped - both physically nor aesthetically. I'm considering an explant asap but I'm so nervous about it. My implants 380 cc demi, under muscle. My fold/crease was lowered about 1-2 cm. What will be done with the crease? Will it stay where its currently at or moved up again? Worried about how it will look and need your advice and input on what to do..
I had 365g Natrelle 410LX implants placed under the muscle (just barely under the muscle as it was needed to fill lower pole entirely. Right side filled out almost perfectly, left you can still see old shape. Had this done 12 years ago. Want them out. If I explant and do a fat graft session will I be able to have nicely shaped breasts? I hope for a big B cup or small C post-op. My bra size was 38b pre-op and Im now a 36d. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated thanks for your time.
I'm 25 and had 350cc silicone, under the muscle implants placed 4 months ago. I believed they have bottomed out as the implants now sit significantly lower than the crease incision. I'm getting explanted soon anyway, via local anesthesia, but I'm concerned the bottoming out has lowered the crease to the point that it can't be fixed and now my post-explant breasts will look saggier than they really are because they sit lower? Is there a surgical fix to this that won't lead to asymmetry?
My explant was performed almost five years and I have had these folds or dents since the surgery. Fat transfer and placing a new implant are NOT options for me. One surgeon said it is a straight forward procedure to release the tissue and/or excise any adhesions to improve the appearance of my breasts. I did not have any double bubble issues with my 220 ml implants. Thank you!
