I was an A/B cup pre implants and now I am so flat I cannot get a bra to fit. They don't come small enough. I bought an A cup and it's way too big. I am 57 yrs old and had 425cc implants under the muscles (I wanted smaller) I cannot afford more implants. I have no top breasts. It's all at the bottom and not much there either. It's been 5 months since explanting, I have NOTHING anymore. I'm so upset with myself right now.
56 yr old athletic woman who has had saline implants 24yrs now. No problems with them except for the fact in the last 9 years i have developed 3 auto immune diseases. Wondering if implants are the cause. What type of extract procedure should i look for if i were to remove? En blc? Extract with complete capsole removeal? Implants are also under the muscle. I'm really confused on which way to go.
Lift or no lift after explant? Measurement with my implants currently are: ,- sternal notch to nipple. R- 23, L -24 - nipple to inframmery fold. R-7.5, L-6.5 -bade diameter. R-14.5, L-15 Should i just let my body bounce back with those numbers? Will it look fairly descent being a 56 year old? Or should i do the lift?
55 years old. Saline implants under muscle 20 years ago. Fibrous Breasts. I am curious if I would be a good candidate for breast implant removal, local anesthesia with no lift. Will I be happy with the results? What can I expect?
I Have had saline breast implants since 2001. I was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma( from my brain down to my knees bilaterally) on August 2. 2023. Most if it is gone, thanks to immunotherapy. Surgeries and inflammation can awaken this cancer and Jumpstart it. I worry that the implants cause constant inflammation and need to be removed- but surgery will also cause inflammation!! Any suggestions? I wanted then removed before the CA diagnosis... they feel matronly now. I'm 55
I had silicone implants placed at age 51. Two years later, I had them replaced with different implants as I had scar tissue around one nipple that caused an indentation under the breast. I had the my current implants for 5 years, and developed a seroma, so decided to take them out. I just went for the 3 week check up, and I have an indentation all the way across the same breast where the scar tissue had been. The nipple looks like it is sucked in. Any help on this?
In 2004, at age 43, I requested full C breast implants for my A/AA breasts. The PS used smooth saline round implants that were around 400-425, o/f to 450cc. They were placed too low and are too large, and I have never been happy as they make me look matronly, despite my being tall and slim. I'd like to go smaller, but now am 60 and unsure how much my tissue would shrink. How long between an in-office deflation and re-implantation with smaller silicone implants to achieve the most tightening?
