Dear Doctors, I recently had my implants removed. I've noticed one breast is larger than the other. I thought it may have been natural asymmetry, but after acquiring my preop (before augmentation) photos I'm not so sure. I met with the nurse a week ago and she thought everything looked fine, but I do not see my PS for a few more weeks. Should I be concerned? I fear seroma though I can't actually feel or see fluid. Thanks in advance!
I had an explant and full anchor lift a little over a month and a half ago. My doctor made me look beautiful I am quite pleased. They have softened since the surgery but they are still a bit hard and tight. How long typically in patients does it take for breast tissue to settle and soften? Thanks in advance!
I am 40 years old and 110lbs, 5ft. 2in., and athletic. I was a 34 A/B and had 350cc silicone implants in for 5 weeks and 2 days. I very happily had them removed with no drains. What kind of recovery am I looking at? Will my muscles go back to normal? My skin is stretched, but will they go back to normal? Are there certain exercises or creams that I can use to help the breast go back to the way they were? How much time before I can do push ups again? Any help is much appreciated.
Hello, i had my submuscular breast implants removed one month ago. How long will it take for the scars to feel smoother? My scars are under the breasts and right now they feel rather lumpy and I was wondering if massaging with Vitamin e oil might help smooth them out.
I am one month post op from breast implant re my right breast is being pulled in towards my ribs. I tried cupping and it realeased a little for a few days. But once the swelling went down it is being pulled in again. Feels like something is attached to my bone.
I had drains after explant and hardly any fluid came out (capsules left in place). All was good until i went to the gym at about 5 weeks post-op (dr. ok'd). Now my left breast is hard underneath and it feels like the capsule is filling back up. Is this ok to leave alone or should I have it removed? I just had my check-up and this happened a week later. The breast is slightly larger than it was but otherwise you cannot tell anything is wrong visually, but it feels hard underneath. Thank you.
.2 months before my explant I had twinging and sharp pain in my left breast.I had an MRI,it was OK(10 y.o PIP). My doctor promised to remove whole capsule, but later he said he was unable to remove the whole capsule because I was bleeding hard. But I had a little caps.contacture.I still feel the shap pain in my left breast.Dr.said it's normal.2 months before surgery my back was pushed hard during massage and my left breast became sore for a while. But that sharp pain started 1 month after this.
I still have pain and a flat and inverted left nipple one month post op breast implant removal. I have been wearing a surgical compression bra placed after surgery by the Dr. and it was quite tight. it dug into my skin and caused pain but I was told by the staff I must continue to wear it for 6 weeks. the incision is below the breast crease on the left. I feel the compression is deforming my left breast. also some capsule was left in due to thinness of capsule. no capsular contraction.
I had my implants removed after 5 weeks. They were 286cc. I was a tight small a cup before augmentation. Although my breasts look good when I am standing, they fall over into a puddle of loose skin when I lie on my side. I am 6 weeks post op. I am 47 years old. How much skin retraction can I expect? Do I have any hope?
I'm 60 yrs old 5'2, 120 lbs Procedures performed on 7/08/2016 : Bilateral implant removal, Bilateral subtotal CAPSULECTOMY , silicone gel implant removal of extravasated silicon gel implant material. Can massaging my breast will help to repair the indentation to my both breast, specially the left breast was distorted big time!
