I have had implants for a month, and a week after i began having shortness of breath. I can't take a deep breath and feel like my chest is burning. Went to doctor and lungs sound normal, had a chest x-ray, also normal. I am concerned. Never had problem before - could it be implants?
I had tuberous breasts before my surgery and my surgeon warned me that I might have a slightly prolonged healing period due to this. I also have a very small ripcage and I had 375 and 395 implants placed under the muscle. I had my surgery at the end of May. I had a painful nerve a few weeks after my surgery but had no other complications other than that. For the last 4 days, Ive been having random pains in my left breast that make it hard to take a deep breath. What could this be? Thank you!
I had breast augmentation 9 days ago, and since about day 3 I have been feeling as if I can't breathe deeply when standing up and especially when laying down. I feel kind of lethargic and have a dull headache when I wake up in the morning. My PS has listened to my lungs and everything sounds fine according to her. I had tuberous breast correction and 295cc silicone implants put in, she also had to create a breast fold for me by attatching some of the breast tissue to the top of my abs. Any help?
I am two weeks post breast augmentation- surgery went well and took minimal meds but I am having trouble to take a full deep breath- and feel lightheaded- i feel like every 5th breath i need to take an extra deep breath to try and compensate.... is this just due to the extra weight on my chest?
If it wasn't for my left boob, I would have been off of percosets after day 2. Everyday it feels very tight and hard inside of my chest and is sometimes hard to breathe. It also hurts when I go for walks, and it feels better when I hold it in place. My right one is still hard but is not uncomfortable for me one bit. Is this normal for the first week post op?
I often have random panic attacks and some days I just have anxious thoughts and feelings and trouble breathing or fast heartbeat. is it safe for someone with these to go under general anesthesia? My surgery is in 3 weeks and I went this morning to have an EKG and medical clearance just for peace of mind. the doctor did confirm I'm in perfect health. I have also had general for a surgery I had as a child. the doctor said if I've had it before then I have nothing to worry about. is this true?
