I have seen doctors say that fat cells shrink when a person loses weight and it does not disappear, but a plastic surgeon told me if I lose weight after my bbl, all the fat that was transferred to my butt will disappear or reabsorb. I would like to lose 20 lbs. after bbl. I appreciate all answers and I ask dr. Salama to please answer too as he said once that a person's results won't be affected by weight loss (not his exact words)
Is there an ideal diet for eating prior to a fat transfer? I have a couple of months before my scheduled surgery and I'm wondering if there is a diet that will encourage a good transfer of Lipo/BBL. there are so many different diets right now keto vegan vegetarian does any of this matter? I am 22.5% BMI and I'm not looking to lose or gain weight only to ensure maximum tissue transfer viability. Thanks in advance for considering this question.
Hi, two years ago I lost 85 pounds after dieting and excercising reaching my ideal weight of 135 at 5'4. With lots of excess skin and sagging breasts I had a tummy tuck and Breastlift and augmentation to fantastic results. My butt however was still quite saggy and I opted for butt implants and they became infected so took them out. 2 years later I gained 40 pounds and just had a butt lift done with 450 cc in each side.... When can I start to diet and exercise to get back to my ideal weight? Thx
Hello, I am hoping to receive the Brazilian butt lift procedure in June. Are there any recommended vitamins or minerals/creams any doctors would advise before this procedure? I have heard a lot about scars, fat loss in areas, swelling and I am trying to reduce this? Of course I am following a balanced diet but am curious about useful supplement. Many thanks
