Dear Doctors, Is it possible to get botox in your hairline , after a fue hair transplant? After about 7,5 weeks, or will it ruin the hair follicles and create bald spots? Or because the botox goes intot the muscle it should be fine? My hairline was lowered and the area where I used to get botox is now partly covered with new hair.
Is it possible to get Botox on the temples of a receded hairline? (Ive heard that Botox will not work on the head and that anything above the adolescent hairline is considered head territory, not face). Please advise.
Can I get a little face lift by injecting Botox in the hairline and arround the face ( edges )..I do not like the appearance of Botox in the midd face .. I do not have forehead wrinkles.. I am 40..I had a bad experience with botox injections around the eyes .
I have been having Botox for about 6 years, in the last year or so I now have developed 2 long indentations down my forehead. It literally feels like my skull is coming apart. Its very noticeable in the day light. I can run my finger along it from the top of my brow up to my hair line and it gets deeper and almost squidgy. I had a 7 months break from Botox which is where I noticed it even more, done some Botox but its now getting even more noticeable
43 yr old male - noticed 2 deep vertical lines in my forehead. I did Botox mid July and a touch-up 1 week ago. The doctor is telling me these are sleep lines and have nothing to do with Botox, he insists that the problem is my bad skin elasticity. I am not very convinced because they are deep, wide and feel like a hallow cavity in the skull when you touch it! I am really worried and confused. Appreciate some feedback on what exactly is the problem and the best treatment to fix it!
Hi I got 32 units of Botox in my forehead today 20 along my hairline and 4/4 in brows and 4 in my frown. My question is about the 20 in my hairline - I went for an eyebrow lift today and my injector insisted that the 20 along my hairline will help pull my eyebrows higher (since my forehead is on the bigger side) I dont know if this is true. Is it?
I received botox on the forehead closer to the hair line and now I'm getting frown lines I didn't have before above the eye brow and frown line area. Would this go away? Is this uncommon or should I be worried and get botox again above the eye brow area?
1st time Botox @ PS office by RN 10 days pre-photo (30 units-forehead horizontal lines/11s/crows feet). Returned @ 10 d to correct boxed look (upper wrinkles/Spock effect). RN gave 10 more units but seemed perplexed re: forehead wrinkle @ hairline Photo taken 8 hours after touchup. Been 5 days, hairline wrinkle still & resembles a moving mask if lift brows. Spock lines better but now slight uneven dents over each brow if left but gone at rest. Can surgeon possibly fix?
It got very swollen but I thought it was normal. 4 days later I woke up with my face huge, more on the left side, my eyes, eyebrows, eye lids, my nose, between the eyebrows. Like if I was allergic to a bees sting. Is that normal? Could the Botox has spread?
My experience has been that Botox is injected up to around the hairline to reduce forehead wrinkles. I'll be getting FUT hair transplant surgery for my hairline in a couple of weeks and am wondering if I can get forehead Botox injections a few days prior to the surgery. Thank you for your answers.
