I have a significant about of elbow fat and wanted to know if an arm lift will address this issue. I see a lot of arm lifts where it makes it worse. I spoke to a surgeon who says that the arm lift does not address this issue. Is there a surgery that does?
I have always struggled with arm fat right above my elbows. I lost a considerable amount of weight about 16 years ago that left my skin a little very loose. In 2017 I was able to get an arm lift, which improved the loose skin on my arms. However I saw very little improvement in spot above my elbows. I've tried working out my arms to get rid of get fat there but I only see definition in my upper arm area. I'm wondering if I need an arm lift revision or liposuction?
Hi - I had a brachioplasty 2 years ago now and I hate the way my elbows look, my scars aren't the greatest but they don't bother me like the huge elbows I now have. What is the best way to fix this area? Thanks so much!
Would a mini arm lift be sufficient enough? Either with a T-incision down to cuff length or a crescent incision? With any arm lift is there a way to get rid of the extra hanging elbow skin?
I am only 52 -I have major sun damage on my arms. One part of my arms in particular that is just bothering me is where my upper arm meets my elbow. The skin is deeply wrinkled and the skin is loose... what sort of procedure/ surgeon can help me with the odd area?
There was no elbow lift option so this is listed under arm lift (of which I have already asked about my parachute arms). Anyways, I am trying to figure out what to do about these elbows. I am a young adult who already does not show my arms in public (see my parachute arms/arm lift question) but I am determined to try my best to firm my upper arms by excercising. However, what about these elbows? Any advice would be appreciated thank you!
Is this method sufficient, if there is a certain amount of loose skin / fat, near the elbow? (I only have it on left arm) I have seen two different plastic surgeons, and they are of two different opinions. One says that the scar has to go all the way down to the elbow, and the other one says, that only 3/4 long incisions are sufficient, when the skin at the elbow is pulled up towards the armpit, and tightened that way instead. I would really like the shorter scar, but I'm afraid of bulging
Since last fall my arm skin became VERY lax. 53 yrs, F, near menopause. No major weight loss/not heavy. Lifting weights 6+ mos 3x a week & now there's SOLID muscle tone from bicep thru forearm. I'm consulting w/PS's & know full brachio is best, but how well that will that fix sagging inner elbow that impacts forearm? See last 2 pics, if arm is slightly bent & I press on skin, or turn arm sideways, there is major laxity/wrinkling from inner elbow downward. Will brachio ending at elbow fix it?
