Upper Arm AirSculpt - is it safe if I have Super Ventricular Tachycardia?

Hi! I am a 58 year old female and am wanting to get upper arm Airsculpt for my “batwing” area. I tend to accumulate more fat in that area. I am five feet 7 inches tall and weigh 150 lbs. I have a history since my twenties of SVT. I rarely get episodes ( maybe twice a year) . I stay away from all stimulants and caffeine and do not have to take medicine for it. I am not on any medications. My cardiologist cleared me for my procedure but I am a bit nervous as I don’t ever take stimulants and I will be awake and am afraid it might pop me into a racing heart rate. Should I be concerned?
