I hate these fat pockets on my buttocks, and I’m not sure if they can be corrected with weight loss/weight training. I would like for my buttocks to be more rounded. I currently weigh 152, and have a short term goal of dropping 10-12lbs to reach my ideal weight/BMI. I weightlift 3-4 hours per week with a personal trainer. I am interested in any surgical or other procedures that could eliminate those bulges and prevent them from returning in the future. I did achieve a 45lb weight loss about 3 years ago, so I’m not sure if my concern is related to skin laxity. Either way, I have mostly maintained my weight and lifestyle changes for the past several years, but I remain frustrated by the shape of my buttocks. I very much appreciate your advice on how to correct the areas circled so I can feel confident in the body I’ve been working so hard to get back after having children. I am 40 years old.
