Replacing my textured saline implants with smooth silicone - Do I need a lift with my revision? (Photos)

I am scheduling my breast implant revision I have capsular contractor in my left breast that is very painful they will be removing the scar tissue and replacing my textured saline implants with smooth siicone . I have seen two doctors that I like equally but one says I need a lift and one says I do not need a lift . It has taken well over a year to save for the surgery but to add the lift I will need to push the surgery out at lesst another year . I want good results but am confused by the differing opnions. Do you think I need a lift ?

This is really hard to tell without an in person examination. You could have early CC but this usually doesn't develop in 3 days. I would strongly suggest seeing your Plastic Surgeon in person to determine potential cause. I hope that helps and wish you the very best!

Hello, These are great questions. If you are currently a saline implant changing to a silicone implant regardless of plane may be helpful to improve your concerns. In regards to the Motiva point, I would advise a firmer gel and not softer as this also will help with decreasing overall rippling...
