20 year old silicone gel cohesive implants - Do you have to replace breast implants if you don't have issues?

I love my implants. I've had silicone gel cohesive for 20 years with zero issues. They look the same still as when I got them. I had a routine check for their integrity and turns out one is ruptured. I wouldn't know unless I checked. My surgeon said there's no rush but he recommends replacement. I really hate the idea of going through surgery (adding those risks too) and potentially having new implants that my body doesn't accept as well as these. Can I just leave them and if I end up getting capsular contracture later, just replace them down the road? Anyone know the actual chance of that happening if it hasn't yet? And how do I know if I get new ones it won't happen anyway? There's always a risk of that happening...
