I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your one photo only shows some excess on one hip. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and do the revision.

Looking at the scar near the belly button and the vertical scar close to the horizontal scar, it appears that you have had a tummy tuck. Currently, it doesn't seem like a revision can be done.

I'm sorry you're not happy with your tummy tuck results. An in person evaluation or pre op photos would be helpful in determining the correct recommendation for you. If you trust your surgeon and have had meaningful discussions about the areas you want addressed and what you can expect in terms of results then it should be fine to proceed with your current surgeon.

To make an assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures if you had a new paragraph seeing you after pictures without context to what you look like before, doesn’t really mean much.
I’m not sure what you’re looking for with a revision procedure.
Do you want them to redo the entire operation?
Ultimately, the decision is up to you whether you want to stay with your current provider or have a different surgeon help you.
I’m not sure a revision procedure is going to change your outcome very much.
