Muscle repair and tummy tuck too tight. Can this be revised? (Photo)

I am 55. 5ft 6. 140lb and female. I had a mummy makeover 21 months ago. It is all so tight still. Affects my eating, bending, stretching, bladder, balance, breathing, coughing and hurts all the time. Even sitting and sleeping is painful as skin feels like it is being pulled. It is tight down the fdl scar anc lower abdomen below belly belly button is internally so tight bending hurts. It is also very tight over my hips. Can this be revised as wrecking my life? Please someone give me some hope.
