Bulk on right side of stomach visible through clothing after tummy tuck, is there a remedy for this? (Photos)

I would really have to do an examination to determine whether this fullness is just fat or otherwise. It seems you should be able to approach your plastic surgeon again regarding further explanation or perhaps revision. A revision might be as simple as a little liposuction in this area. It may require going back to the operating room. A second opinion could always be considered. Good luck!

Only on the basis of good in person evaluation one can decide whether this discrete bulk is result of fat deposit or muscle weakness. If your plastic surgeon is right, surgery would be too extensive to fix it, exercise could help. Maybe you should not ware too tight clothes to avoid showing it? Hope this helps.

It would have been best had you actually shown your abdominal photos without clothing. However, there may be some excess skin or fat which can be removed. go back and discuss this with your surgeon.

An exam is really needed to determine what the bulky area consists of. If it is a fatty pocket then liposuction could improve it. It may be other things as well such as scar tissue or muscle wall weakness. If you are uncomfortable with your surgeon's response you may want to visit another board certified plastic surgeon for a second opinion.

Based on your posted, photos and clothing, the boat can be seen, but you did not post nude photos and I would recommend an ultrasound to see if it’s fatty tissue or a hernia in the muscle in that area. Obtain the ultrasound ASAP then do a virtual consultation.
