Is there any chance of fixing this bellybutton? It has had a few revisions and is scarred and quite flat. It’s ok when I stand straight ot sit but if I lie down or stretch in any way it’s just a flat awful scar. Can a deeper and more natural bellybutton be achieved. I think my actual bellybutton is gone now after a few attempts at it.

You would need to speak to your surgeon to see how the blood flow is preserved to your belly button. If most of the blood flow is coming from the inferior skin, it should not be revised.
Scar tissue has shrink the opening of your belly button, but I suspect the rest is still present. these tiny circles can be difficult to address. Please discuss this with your surgeon who knows where the blood flow is to your belly button.
