I have had Botox multiple times for crows feet, and between the brows. This last time, I noticed mild side effects within 10 minutes such as: dry mouth, flushing/warm skin, and tiredness. I had an overall uneasy feeling which led to a panic attack. I only had 15 units for crow's feet. I did not experience hives. I did not end up in the hospital for any other complication. My question is - could this be the start of an allergy? Is there danger of these effects worsening each time I have Botox?

Botox is injected directly into your muscles and so is not a systemic treatment. Its efficacy won’t be affected by your undergoing general anesthesia for your procedure. Now, if it’s your face that’s being operated on, and your Botox-treated muscles are affected, then that could interfere with ...
Thank you for your question! I'm sorry you're unhappy with your results, but keep in mind, it can take up to 2 weeks for final results after Botox. The good news is that Botox results will gradually resolve in 3-4 months. I recommend following up with your injector about your concerns. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question! In general, Botox would have been absorbed well into the tissue four hours after injection. Vomiting would not displace Botox given the timeframe. Best of luck!
