Is it possible to make a deep eyelid crease more shallow and lower after incisional double eyelid surgery? (Photo)

Currently 3 months and 1 weeks post double eyelid surgery. Eyelid crease is too deep and too high. Is it possible lower the crease and make crease more shallow ? How would this be done?

The crease can be lowered.  Also your surgeon did not control the skin on the upper eyelid platform.  For that reason the upper eyelid platform has too much skin and muscle making it look too thick.  The upper eyelid lashes are also ptotic. By tightening the upper eyelid platform using an anchor blepharoplasty, the upper eyelid lashes will be supported.  The eyelids should heal for a couple more months before revisional surgery but it is not too soon to get assessed for this revision.

Based on your "wish eyes" photo, it appears that you desire more of an Asian eye appearance than you have now. I believe it would be possible to get closer to that look by taking off more skin from the area between your current scar and the upper eyelashes. I would recommend seeing your original plastic surgeon who operated on you to see if he/she can help to achieve the look you desire. Best wishes.
