Currently 3 months and 1 weeks post double eyelid surgery. Eyelid crease is too deep and too high. Is it possible lower the crease and make crease more shallow ? How would this be done?

Answer: Your upper eyelid crease was made too high.
Leave it alone... Most likely due to swelling..Much to early to draw any conclusions. Apply whatever ointment/medication your PMD recommends, sit tight and be patient. It Should resolve over time.

Thank you for your question. After removal of the chalazion, wait at least 3 months to allow for healing to occur. If the ptosis remains, ptosis repair can be considered. Best wishes.
