What are the best & non-surgical (low budget) ways to get rid of sun burn tans? In meaning of lightening my skin back & health.

A year ago,I went to the pool&stayed for 6hours,didn't put sunscreen,didnt have any.A few days my skin had tons of large blisters around my mid-top back,shoulders&arms.4 days later ,large thick skin started to come off&it wasn't dried skin .I put some cream to protect&heal.Now on my shoulders&face there are tiny sun spots/moles.The affected area is yellow-red but turns very red in the sun.I used to be a very fair/pale skin color on areas.I just want my skin back without any laser,Just creams .

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

The damage is made but, you can certainly assist the healing process of your skin by using soothing ingredients like Aloe Vera gel on the affected areas and applying a lightweight moisturizer to speed up the skin barrier repair. You should use an SPF+++ and protective clothing to avoid more damage from occurring.
