Hello,  Experiencing pain after having injectables is typically nothing to worry about and should subside within a week.  Your question is somewhat vague.  Is the pain on one or both sides?  Where is the headache located?  If your headache is on both sides there is very likely nothing to worry about and you should use cold compresses as well as take Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, or even Aspirin.  The bumps are most likely the filler itself and nothing more ominous.  You may initially gently massage this particular area to help reduce the bump itself.  If you are experiencing other symptoms together with the headache, including vision loss, blurriness, nausea, vomiting, speech difficulties etc, contact your injecting doctor immediately to be evaluated or go to the nerest ER if you are very concerned.  Additional information would be helpful in answering your question as well as seeing a photo of the region.  Juvederm, as well as all HA fillers can be dissolved if desired or indicated by injecting an enzyme called hyaluronidase.  Every injector of HA fillers such as Juvederm, should have this reversing drug in their possession in case complications occur such as inadvertant injection into a blood vessel causing soft tissue injury of the surrounding area.  While it is very likely that you will feel better soon and no significant complication has occurred, you really need to be evaluated by your injector to make sure that nothing more concerning has occurred.  If you are experiencing worsening redness, warmth and swelling, also call your doctor right away. When in doubt do not hesitate to call your injecting physician right away.
