Butt lipo after a BBL? (Photo)

Hello... Is it possible to get my butt lipoed to reduce the laterals I recently got when I got a bbl. Unfortunately, my butt is a little bigger then I wanted. I want it rounded, my laterals taken down a noch, & overall smaller natural buttocks. What can I expect? (Recovery wise) Is it possible to achieve my wish pic? Please help:(

Nobody is perfectly symmetrical. There is always some type of asymmetry. However, if this bothers you, you can consider liposuction to remove the fat that's giving you saddlebags and fat transfer (Brazilian butt lift) to augment the size of the smaller buttock.
