Had to go back to my desk job 11 days post op after BBL. I am so worried of killing my fat cells and hear conflicting stories about sitting at this stage so early on. Can someone provide their experience? I have been sitting on back of my thighs with butt lifted up a little off the chair. I tried the pillows and they are just way to uncomfortable and obvious to use here at work. Will I really be killing my fat cells? I really had no option but to return to work this early.
