Hi there,There are no proven medications, diets or exercise routines that will help you prevent the formation of new lipomas or make the old ones stop growing.If they become too big or hinder in your day to day activities you might have to have them removed. Otherwise just leave them alone.

Hi Raging Bull, unfortunately there are no known ways to stop the growth of existing lipomas or prevent the development of new ones. If you have multiple masses, it Is  important to verify that they are each a lipoma-there are several conditions that are associated with multiple lipomatous masses and other secular that need to be investigated. Any mass that is symptomatic or causing tissues to be distorted should probably be removed and sent for pathological analysis if large. Be sure to have an evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon-good luck!

There are no known things that you can do to stop the growth of lipomas via exercise or diet. If they are growing they should be removed.
