If you have multiple masses, it Is important to verify that they are each a lipoma-there are several conditions that are associated with multiple lipomatous masses and other secular that need to be investigated. Any mass that is symptomatic or causing tissues to be distorted should probably be removed and sent for pathological analysis if large. Be sure to have an evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon-good luck!
