Hi, I am almost 2 weeks post op and have been doing great. I am applying Vaseline twice a day as instructed by my PS and changing my dressing daily. Of course I am wearing my binder around the clock, except for showers and dressing changes. I have been sleeping on my sides (carefully) with pillows, as approved by my surgeon. I am not walking completely straight, but move around fairly easily. This morning I noticed that my skin is a little yellow. Is this normal healing?

Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. It is not unusual for hyperpigmentation to occur, every patient's skin reacts differently. Please consult with your surgeon for resources to help you aid this.
Your surgeon is the best one to advise you on when it is okay to use scar treatments and belly button shapers. From the provided photo it does appear you are healing normally. Your belly button is still swollen but based on your other incisions it seems you are early in your recovery so this...
