7 years tear trough filler is it ruining my face? Dissolve it? Then what shall I do? (photos)

I'll get to the point. - First five ish years absolutely fine just a small Dark depression under my eyes - fixed - early 2018 immediately had dark circles and filler looked too low - next doctor more filler - next visit middle cheek to push it up - recently more trough filler and massetuers Result is a ledge where it sits, puffy cheeks and weird face. Im booked 6th for dissolve and don't trust him now. Thank you

First it is critical to understand that long after these fillers stop helping, they continue to persist in the face adding unhelpful volume. For the first 2 to 3 years, it is possible to simply top off the service with good results. After about that time frame, treatment is increasingly unsatisfactory. This is when I will recommend removal of all of the prior filler. Product that has been sitting in the face for years requires more enzyme than the little squirt that is used to iron out a small bump after service. I commonly use 450 unit of enzyme to treat the under eye and cheeks down to the jaw line. For many, this is the first time in 10 years that they have seen their natural facial outline. It is amazing how often someone who what thinking that they need surgery just needs the funky filler removed. The service is finished 3 to 7 days later with just enough filler to add back helpful details like a small amount of under eye circle treatment of a festoon treatment. It just depends on the details.

Thanks for your question!  I think that this point I would recommend dissolving and starting fresh with a clean palate.  That way, you can ensure you're getting the look you are trying to achieve currently.  If you don't feel comfortable with your surgeon, you can always seek a second opinion.  Best of luck!
