After months of trying to decide a size implant is perfect for my active lifestyle and my tall, slender frame I have chosen 240 mod plus. I have a bwd of 12.5 and mild sag so I’m also having a lollipop lift. At first the surgeon gave me a 275 cc option which was much too big for me. Then 190 vs 240. I picked 240. Because I don’t want boob greed. I hope I won’t wish I’d gone for the even smaller! Again I’m so athletic which was my main concern and to maintain a “natural” appearance.

Answer: Sizing Although 3D photo simulation is very popular (because it's so high tech and cool to see your breasts change), it still lacks the ability to accurately convey proportion, which is why I prefer in office sizing using sizers, an unpadded bra, and a shirt top. You will know right away what size will make you happy. I'm also a little concerned about your surgeons choice of a full anchor lift on someone whose nipple to fold distance is already short. If you really need a lift at all, it should be a vertical only (I agree, an inframammary incision is important for implant placement).

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon' s experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them.
