Question

I had trunk lipo to remove my side boob bra area fat today. The left side had leaked consistently for about 6 hours. There was a lot of blood at incision site. Nurse said ok to change the gauze. The right side hurts worse than the left but no drainage on right. I'm wearing my compression garment but my entire rib cage hurts all the time. Now my legs feel swollen and whole legs hurting. No fever but pain meds not helping and worried about legs. I'm 35, healthy no heart or any health issues. Help!

You need to contact your plastic surgeon asap toexamine you. If you develop shortness of breathor pain in the legs call 911. Best wishes.

All that you described can be completely normal for liposuction. You want to talk to your PS asap as more serious diagnosis such as a blood clot in your legs (DVT) or blood clot in your lungs (PE) can cause leg swelling and chest pain. It is likely nothing and just normal post op swelling and pain but you can never be too careful.
