How much are the actual implants?

Can anyone break down the price for me? I know every surgeon, patient and state is different. My surgery is $4,000 and am wondering how that's divided. In general, how much is the surgery fee and room reservation? The implant? All other things? I may want new implants in the future if they sag. If I wanted to swap out, how much would it cost? I basically want to know how much the actual breast implant is. Mine are saline allergens with the extended warranty covering surgery fees.

You can definitely ask your surgeon for an itemized bill.Every region and city has different fees. The fee quote should be broken down for you: Surgeon's fees, anesthesia fees, operating room fees, implants, labs, vitamins, scar gels. Ask for the itemized bill.

Thank you for your question.  You can certainly request a breakdown or itemized quote for the implants, the anesthesia, surgeon fee, and hospital.   The implant cost will vary a little depending on your surgeon and location. In my area, saline implants cost me approximately $600/pair and round silicone gel implants cost me approximately $1500/pair.  I pass that cost on directly to the patient without a mark up. I believe that you can request and should receive an itemized bill for your surgery.  Facility, anesthesia, and implant costs vary widely as do surgical fees.  The total cost of $4000 is astoundingly low!!.  Saline implant costs, depending on the surgeon and vendor, probably range between $500 and $800 for the pair in my opinion.

The price of the actual implant will vary.  Depending on the type of implant and the agreement the surgeon has with the company. Silicone implants are more expensive than saline.

Roughly the cost of a gel implant is $1200 (or $2,400 for a pair). The cost of surgery varies, but in Ontario, Canada is around $7,500, which includes the implants, around $1,000 facility fee, and $500 anesthesia fee.

The cost of the actual implant will vary. Often times the implant manufacturer's will negotiate the price of an implant based on how many implants a specific surgeon uses. This is a queston that shuld be addresed to your board certified plastic surgeon. At The Sullivan Centre in Columbus, Ohio the total cost of a breast augmentaiton surgery using silicone implants is $6300.
