Hi! I'm getting a breast augmentation this fall and I want to go huge but my PS says I can only get 800cc's max. How big will this make me? I want to be at least a triple D or a H cup, is that a possibility? I'm a 34 C right now. Thanks!

Answer: 800cc implants, cup size Thanks for your question. Implant size and final cup size are not directly correlated - other factors will make a difference like your own breast tissue, body shape and even the bra you purchase.

Answer: Find out the cup size by trying on the bra 6 months after surgery The implants have different maximum volumes based on manufacturer and whether they are silicone or saline. The largest saline is 960 cc. The cup size you will determine after surgery by trying on bras.

Answer: 800 cc implants Very difficult to determine cup size. It depends upon a number of factors. I tell my patients not to worry so much about actual"cup size", as that can vary with bra type/band size, etc. The important thing is that you be happy with your ultimate size. Just keep in mind than the bigger the implant, the higher the risk for certain implant related complications such as thing of skin, bottoming out, rippling, etc. The above information is never meant to be a substitute for an examination and discussion with a board certified plastic surgeon.
