Very insecure with my smile, when I smile with my mouth closed you can see my teeth in the corners of my lips. Is there a non surgical way to fix this ? Thank you

Dear Sophnjpls34,
I typically use Juvederm for my lip sculpting. There are two main focuses of lip injections, adding volume and actually sculpting the shape. Both involve injecting the filler in different areas of the lips and patterns.
I would recommend finding a plastic surgeon to perform you lip injections. Most of my patients have results that last at least 6 months.

You can use a small amount of HA filler in the corners of the mouth that will increase the volume here and that can be subtle enough to reduce the show of teeth at this level.
This would be the easiest non surgical way of addressing your concern.

I think the best way to attempt to correct your issue would be to use a "fence post" technque using a robust filler like Kysse. That should produce some height laterally and fill in the space so that your teeth do not show. Good luck!

Botox may help with this. It is possible that the muscles around your mouth are overactive, causing the corners of your lips to move when you smile. Botox injections can relax the muscle and eliminate the gaps.
