In profile my lips don't seem to curl up/down very much. Is there a treatment that would make them less flat? (Photo)

you could do a lip lift and/or fillers. would use daily hydration and plumping (see emeragecosmetics.com lip essentials kit add NUDESKIN lip butter).  everyone can do a little filler when done well really gives nice hydration and plumping.  Best, Dr. Emer.

From the photos, it would appear that in profile you would likely profit aesthetically by enhancing the vermilion border of the upper lip with a filler, such as Belotero Balance. This should easily remedy the lack of upward pout and emphasize the so-called "white roll" and establish greater harmony between the upper and lower lips. Best of luck..

I perform a lot of lip injections with fillers such as juvederm and it works great. Many times I need to put more in one side than the other to attempt to even out the vermillion border (The red line of the lip). This helps provide more symmetry at times.For patients looking for a more long lasting result, I recommend fat grafting. That is, using your own bodies fat to make your lips naturally look more shapely. The bonus is that the results last many many years.
In general, I avoid using permanent prosthesis because I find that the lips are such dynamic and sensitive structures, the end result is not natural.

If you want your upper lip to be little bigger/fuller then you can get a lip filler with Russian lip technique that will give your lip a nice outward curl look with fullness and if you're just looking for curling up your lip then you can achieve this with Botox injection.

Hello there. The desired look of a more upturn lip can be achieved with dermal fillers. Speak to a qualified injector and discuss with them your desired look. With the proper technique and selection of filler, the injector can make your lips appear more plump and defined. Hope this helps!

From what I can tell, you are a good candidate for a Lip Flip (Botox in the upper lip) to help pull that top lip up. You will expose more pink tissue. If you are still not satisfied with this, then I would recommend using filler as well.
