There is nothing wrong with you. However, the nipples can be trimmed down if you wish. This is done in the office under local, also if you wish. Please go visit with a plastic surgeon.

Without in person evaluation it would be impossible to say what is exactly happening with your nipple. Asymmetry of this kind can be easily corrected with simple surgery in local anesthesia. It is in your best interest to have in person co dilation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

I do not see anything wrong with your nipples. They are a symmetrical and size, but are not way oversized.
