You had the lollipop lift which lifted the areolas but not the center mass of your breasts. Your breasts are still low on the chest wall. At this time, I recommend a repeat lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. This will straighten out the level of the areolas and take care of the scar around the right areola.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Dear Luminous857053,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Your sensation would have returned in the first year, so no, your sensation will not return now. This is a risk of the augmentation and lift.
