Whats wrong with my face? It looks so big and round (Photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. While there is nothing “wrong” with your face, you may want to consider Botox injections to slenderize the jawline. Sometimes, the masseter (chewing) muscle can become enlarged and create a wide appearance due to clenching or grinding of the teeth, or due to genetics. When Botox is injected into the masseter muscle, its size is reduced to provide a slimming effect to the lower third portion of the face and provide results that can last for 3-4 months on average. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector who can discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with you and help you decide on the best treatment option.

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. There is nothing "wrong" with your face. At first glance and from the limited pictures you have provided, consider looking at the size ratio between your neck and the width of your face. This effect typically makes male patients believe they look "unbalanced" or as though they have a big face.
Also, your temples are sunken in relation to your cheeks, which adds to the round effect you perceive.
You could explore a few cosmetic avenues to bring balance to the middle and lower third of your face and thus make your face look more balanced with your neck width and overall face.

Have a consult with a Facial Plastic Surgeon as they can evaluate and discuss removing some fat in that area.
