Post BBL and in excruciating pain. Could this be cellulitis and/or an abscess? (photo)

I’m 2 wks PO & it seems my recovery has taken a turn for the worst. When I was wearing my faja it felt like it was too tight (only at the bathroom flap) and it literally squished the fat into that area forming this weird mound like shape on each side. I had a low grade fever, chills, & significant pain. My bum is red and painful to the touch in spots. I saw my surgeon on Tues eve (2 days ago) and she started me on another z pack but doesn’t think it’s infected. I may seek a second opinion.

Compression garment protocols vary from surgeon to surgeon. Post-operative compression garment therapy is very important in order to achieve the best results. However, if a garment does not fit correctly, unevenly distributes pressure, or  is too tight... it may affect and hinder ones...
