Hi,2 days out from a procedure (BBL) around the buttocks area should be normal - usually it’s from post op inflammation and swelling. I would consult with your surgeon if there’s added symptoms to the hot temperature- i.e. fever, pain at the buttocks, drainage from any incisions, odor to the drainage..) So, I would just keep any eye on the buttocks - but should resolve in the next 10-14 days.Hope this helps.

On average 2 days after surgery is too early to the make a decision on heat being a concern, which can be normal due to inflammation and swelling. Usually 2-8 weeks is required to consider if an area is of concern. Meaning your recovery and final result depends on the amount of fat removed from liposuction, the areas liposuctioned, and the amount of fat transferred to your buttock.
