I had botox injections in my neck on 1/19. When I left a had a large knot at 1 of the injection sites. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that you had to experience this. With time the pain and discomfort will go away. It should disappear in a few days.

Unfortunately injecting into the neck is very different than the face, and veins can be hit easily. What happens is a bit of blood pools at the site and it causes swelling.
