Numb and disfigured 18 months post cryolipolysis. Is this normal?

I had one treatment of cryolipolisis 18 months ago on my lower belly. I am still completely numb and the area has increased in size and is now sagging down causing extreme discomfort. My mons has now folded over and is huge and disfigured. It is so embarrasing that i avoid wearing fitted clothes and im so depressed. I have ptsd from my career in law enforcement an this has added to my anxiety greatly. Please can somone tell me if this is normal

The only cryolipolysis treatment that I would perform on patients is CoolSculpting. This is the original and well-studied cryolipolysis treatment and I would say the safest.

You cannot perform from online courses in california. I suggest seeing an expert and ensuring you are a candidate and go to an EXPERT. I like trusculpt ID better for most cases. Best, Dr. Emer.

Some people refer to this as the butter stick - the hardened area that can result after a Coolsculpting session. To answer your question - it doesn't necessarily mean that you had a suboptimal treatment. Consult with your Coolsculpting specialist to get some more clarity regarding this.
