I just had the procedure done on my lower abdomen using the cool max applicators. When the applicators were removed, I didn't get the frozen fat like clump that I have seen others get.

Some people refer to this as the butter stick - the hardened area that can result after a Coolsculpting session. To answer your question - it doesn't necessarily mean that you had a suboptimal treatment. Consult with your Coolsculpting specialist to get some more clarity regarding this.
