Weight loss is needed to loose weight, not the tummy tuck, especially with internal fat. Set your goal to loose the weight.

A revision of your tummy tuck will remove excess skin. Liposuction can address subcutaneous fat. However neither will help with weight loss nor will be able to address visceral fat (fat around the organs). I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. Together you can decide what is recommended for you based on your surgical goals.

You gain 30 pounds and you don’t like the way it looks.
Seems like the first thing to do is to shed the 30 pounds you’ve gained.

Weight loss isn’t difficult but does take some discipline and taking ownership of the food you eat and lifestyle lived.

It’s unlikely further surgery is going to compensate well for obesity after having had a tummy tuck.

Without pictures we can’t make an assessment.

Even so it seems fairly reasonable to recommend weight loss in your case.
