Hello, Im concerned about the way my scar looks, its not neat at all like other scars ive seen. Is this because of alack of skill from my surgeon. Im already considering a revision for other issues but questioning his skill

Abdominoplasty scars can be quite complex, ranging from the simple hypertrophic scar to a multiplane inflamed keloid. Pigmentation, discoloration, chronic inflammation, scar visibility can all occur in the short term. We begin each treatment with combination therapy using Yellow broadband BBL, Vbeam, fractional erbium, intralesional IIT, and scar modulation. Start with a combination of Plato's Scar Serum massaged twice daily after one week of epithelialization followed by Luminase/Exfolase. Scar consultation and revision may be recommended.

No, your surgeon was trying to remove the excess back tissue while doing your tummy tuck, but trying to minimize a very long scar going all around your body.  That back area has more stress on the incision with sitting and bending and often stronger stitches are needed so that the incision does not open when you move.
