Hi, I am 23 y/o and have always had high cheekbones with chubby cheeks. I have a overjet/overbite that makes my jaw recessed. I am considering jaw surgery but not at the moment. I recently had masseter botox for my TMJ. This really slimmed down my face but I feel like the fat at the side of my cheeks are making my jowl area sag. What can I do to achieve a more v-line look? Buccal fat removal? Facetite? Looking for an alternative to fillers & also wanting chin lipo.
Answer: Face shape Masseter Botox is a good step towards achieving a slimmer jawline. Keep in mind that Botox is temporary and will require repeat treatments to maintain results. You can consider adding Morpheus8. These treatments combine RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. Generally three treatment sessions are recommended for optimal results. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Consider treating the buccal fat! aThanks for your question and the photos you provided. It is difficult to know completely what the right procedure is for you without examining you myself. However, based on the phots, you appear to be a good candidate for Buccal Fat removal. This procedure is often well tolerated under local anesthesia with minimal downtime. Be sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon! Good luck!

Answer: Jjw line- skin tightening with Facetite /Morpheus 8 or Renuvion/J Plasma Hi, Thanks for your question and and pictures. There are several skin-tightening methods (surgical and non- surgical) to approach the fat and skin under chin. My approach always involves a detailed assessment of the face and the neck as a whole unit in order identify the area required treatment and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas of face/neck. A bespoke treatment plan involves Vaser liposuction (mild in your case) in combination with Renuvion on neck/jawline area or Facetite//Necktite in combination with Morpheus 8 ( 3 sessions). I would like to wait 3 to 6 months after the procedure and consider some filler on the Jaw line area if required. The above options could improve Jaw live definition and skin tightening. The procedure can be performed awake with local anaesthesia. I have experience in both Renuvion and facetite/necktite. 1) Renuvion requires only 1 session. 2) Bodytite requires 1 session in combination with Morpheus 8 (3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart). Morpheus 8 involves microneedling and Radiofrequency and could be quite discomfort at high level of energy for better results. For this reason, in my clinic , Morpheus 8 is performed by a surgeon with experience in local anesthetic infiltration to reduce the discomfort. The aftercare is very important including manual lymphatic drainage and a garment support for few days to maintain and improve results. I would recommend to make an appointment with a surgeon expert in face/neck for a medical/surgical assessment in order to make a bespoke treatment. Best Wishes, Dr Giuseppe Fiore

Answer: Jawline Definition / Jawline Enhancement / Facial Sculpting / Facial Contouring -- injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
