Thanks for your question and photos you provided. It sounds like you have a great relationship with your plastic surgeon. You were able to describe in office how you felt and they were able to reach out to you discussing a revision. I would take their recommendation and a combination of 1) liposuction 2) facetite and 3) Morpheus 8 could benefit the contour of your lower face. Good luck.

You need a revision of your neck lift and excision of your digastric muscles. That will contour the lump and should fix the problem.
