Will FaceTite/Acculift melt buccal fat?

Question

I have a chubby face from big buccal fat pads and they’re starting to sag. I’m thinking of having FaceTite or Acculift because it’ll melt fat AND tighten the skin. But my understanding is that buccal fat is different from regular fat. So my question is will FaceTite/Acculift able to melt buccal fat or is it only for other kind of fat?

aThank you for your question. Buccal fat requires direct excision. It is often too deep and in a different plane than the Facetite/Accutite can reach. Be sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon! Good luck!
