I am unhappy with the lack of definition in my chin and jawline, but I am unsure of the best procedure to fix the issue. I am open to surgical and non-surgical options. I've gone down a rabbit hole of research into Evoke, Renuvion, FaceTite, and on and on, and just don't know what would give me the best results.

Answer: Necktite Thank you for your question. Your chin neck angle is too wide. The jawline line from the cheeks to the neck is subtle. Only fat removal is not enough. Fat should be removed and the skin should be tightened as well. I do not think you will benefit from medical applications and devices. For you, I recommend either Necktite (fat is also removed) or I recommend Vaser Liposuction and Renuvion J-Plasma.

The expensive "bells and whistles" gizmos out there are unfortunately backed far more by heavy marketing hype than hard science. On the other hand, the appropriate selection of a robust HA filler injected properly injected can nonsurgically augment the chin and create a more harmonious and proportional projection between the chin, lips and the nose in profile. Similarly, another robust HA filler can also be injected in such as way as to straighten and define the jawline, which, in turn can secondarily improve the area directly below the jawline. In experienced hands, both procedures can be performed in about twenty minutes in one treatment session with immediate results that typically elicit a "Wow!" reaction. You would be wise to stay clear of the rabbit hole and instead consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist.
