40yr healthy looking to reduce the jowls and skin/fat under neck. Interested in minimally invasive procedures as a full surgical facelift seems overkill. So many options, I’d like the most effective longest lasting. FaceTite, profound, injectables? Would love some suggestions please.
Answer: Treatment for jowls and sub-mental areas Thank you for your question and pictures! Based on the pictures, you would be a great patient for either Accutite or Facetite. By meeting in person with a provider, they would be able to tell which would work best for you. Accutite uses a small hand piece that has a probe which goes under the skin to deliver radiofrequency energy to tighten the skin and remodel adipose tissue (melt fat). This is followed by Morpheus8 (micro needling plus radiofrequency energy) for additional skin tightening. Facetite uses the same two steps, but adds liposuction for additional fat reduction. I recommend having a consultation with a provider to see which is best for you. Good luck!

Answer: Considering options FaceTite is an option for you to consider for improvement. Ideal candidates have mild to moderate laxity and are not quite ready to consider a surgical face and neck lift. FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure that uses RF technology to tighten skin. The procedure is performed in the office and no general anesthesia is needed. Visit with a provider near you or go to my website to learn more!

Answer: Consider a combination! Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. I think a combination of 1) liposuction 2) facetite and 3) Morpheus 8 would benefit the contour of your lower face. Many times these procedures are performed during one surgery, under local anesthesia with minimal downtime. You will need to maintain your result with Morpheus, and that will help your moderate – severe acne scarring. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: Non-Surgical Face Lift / Skin Resurfacing with Renuvion/J-Plasma -- add Lasers, Microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy, FaceTite In our practice, we perform a non-surgical face lift / skin resurfacing treatment using Renuvion Helium Plasma Radiofrequency. To get the most improvement with skin tightening, we combine Renuvion (formerly J-Plasma) with lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, CO2), microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy and InMode FaceTite. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Best for jowls and under chin, recessive chin, and neck The photographs demonstrated recessive chin profile, jowls, sub mental fat deposits and significant laxity in your neck. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward for better facial balance and proportions, which would also help with your pre-Jowl sulcus as well. A lower face and neck lift is going to be required to lift the jowls, remove the fat deposits in the neck, and tighten loose facial and neck skin in addition to tightening loose facial and Nick muscles which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline. Noninvasive procedures would be a waste of time, Since none of them can accomplish what's a surgical facelift can.
